It is really important to print it at 100% (in your print settings)
to be sure to have the right measure once it is printed.
To check if it well printed, you have the scale,
and you have to check if the measure is exactly 5cm (and not 4.9 cm or 5.1 cm).
If it is well 5 cm the size guide is correct and you can use it to check your size.
