Orders placed before 11 am from Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day or the next day
(with the exception of the launch periods of the collection and not valid for pre-order products).
Orders placed after 11 am (even for an express) can only leave the next day or Monday if the order is placed on Friday
after 11 am. Deliveries are processed by UPS, DHL, FedEx… Monday to Friday, depending on the best option in terms of time.
It will always be indicated when a product is available for pre-order and the estimated delivery date
will be indicated on the product sheet. We deliver only in Metropolitan France and the European Union.

Return & Refund
You have a 14 days period after receipt of your order to return your purchases to get a refund.
After this period of 14 days, we will not accept the return. Products that would not be suitable for the buyer for a
size matter can be returned. As pre-order products are made at the customer's specific request with the size of their choice,
Sunday Mermaid reserves the right to accept a return and only propose a gift voucher and not a refund. Only a single return
per order will be accepted.
How to return
Send an email at [email protected] indicating the following information (Client first and last names, order number, order date and the products that you wish to return);
The product must be returned in its original packaging (carton, box and original plastic), in its original condition, new, unworn and well packed in its original carton to protect the leather of the pairs during transportation. The protective plastic under the sole of the pair of shoes must also be intact (no impact);
A return label will be provided to the customer and he will be asked to stick it on the packaging.
The customer then has 8 days from the date of receipt by email of the label to deposit his package in an access point (indicated by email).
After this period of 8 days, the return will no longer be accepted. Upon receipt of the package, Sunday Mermaid will judge the condition of the returned merchandise.
No returns will be accepted and therefore no refund will be made if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged and such use or damage renders the product unfit for sale.
In case of return under the conditions mentioned above, Sunday Mermaid will refund the price of returned products no later than 30 days after the return of the goods.
This refund will be made using the same payment method used for the transaction.
Return is free Worldwide
For the other countries, the return cost is at the charge of the customer, once he will inform Hiima about the return, Hiima will give the Portuguese address to return the parcel.
We advise the customer to keep proof and the tracking of the parcel until the refund.
For logistical reasons, we do not swap items. For a new product, simply order again directly in our online store.
