Orders placed before 1 p.m. (Paris time) Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day (except public holidays in Portugal).
This is not valid for pre-order products where the shipping date is indicated on the product sheet.
Returns are easy & free.
You have a period of 15 days after receipt of your order to return your purchases to us if they are not suitable.
Only items returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging will be accepted.
A pre-paid label will be provided to you by sending us the request by email.
Upon receipt of the package, we will therefore check that everything is in order and we will make the refund or exchange.
